Privacy policy
Short version: this website has no forms and asks you for nothing. Seniors Saving Hub is an advertising company, and our separate advertisements and landing pages do collect information people choose to give and pass it to partners. This policy explains both, and is careful to say which is which.
Effective date: August 12, 2026.
Owned and operated by Midas Digital Marketing LLC.
1. Scope: which pages this covers
This policy covers seniorssavinghub.com, the website you are reading. Our advertisements and landing pages are separate properties with their own notices given at the point information is collected; where those notices differ from this one, the notice on that page governs what happens there.
2. What this website does not collect
This website contains no contact forms, quote forms, lead forms, newsletter signups, surveys, chat widgets, account registration, or telephone numbers. We do not ask for and do not knowingly collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, Social Security number, financial account information, health information, or insurance policy information through this website, and we do not generate leads from it.
3. Our advertising campaigns and landing pages
Because we are an advertising and marketing company, this is the part that matters most, and we would rather over-explain it than have it come as a surprise:
- Our advertisements and landing pages may ask you to click through to a partner, call a telephone number we advertise, or submit contact details in a form.
- Information you choose to give on those pages — typically things like your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, age, and general information relevant to the offer — is shared with the third-party partner or partners identified on that page, which is the entire purpose of submitting it. We are paid for that connection.
- Telephone numbers we advertise are tracked, and calls may be recorded or monitored by us or by the receiving partner for quality, training, and compliance; where a call is recorded you will be told at the start of the call as required by law.
- Where a page asks for consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email — including any consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act — that consent is given on that page, to the parties named there, and its exact terms appear there. Read it before you agree to it.
- Once information reaches a partner, that partner's own privacy policy governs what it does with it. We do not control a partner's use, retention, or onward sharing of your information.
- Under California and similar state privacy laws, passing your information to partners in exchange for compensation may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Those pages carry the required notice and opt-out mechanism, and you may also exercise your rights using the contact details in section 9 below.
None of this happens on seniorssavinghub.com, which has no forms, no phone numbers, and no offers on it.
4. Information collected automatically
Like essentially all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This information is used only to operate and secure the site, to diagnose technical problems, and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use it to attempt to identify individual visitors.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies to identify you personally. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics measure to understand which pages are read, in aggregate. Any such analytics is configured to avoid collecting personal information where that option is available.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and many offer a "do not track" signal. You can browse this site with cookies disabled.
6. Advertising and interest-based ads
This site is supported by advertising, as described in our Advertising Disclosure. Where advertising is served by a third-party network, that network may set its own cookies or use similar technologies to measure and target advertising, under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
To limit interest-based advertising, you may use the industry opt-out tools operated by the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and the privacy and advertising settings offered by your browser, device, and operating system.
7. Third-party sites
This site links to third-party websites, including regulators and other resources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. When you follow a link away from this site, that site's privacy policy governs — please read it, particularly before providing any personal information to anyone.
8. Email you send us
If you write to contact@seniorssavinghub.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond and to address the matter you raised. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists, and we do not share correspondence with advertisers or any third party except where required by law.
Please do not send sensitive personal information by email — no Social Security number, financial account details, policy numbers, or health information. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, we have no use for such information, and we will delete it if received.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, or other state privacy statutes — including rights to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
As to this website, we collect no personal information, so there is generally nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of. As to our advertisements and landing pages, information submitted there is shared with the partners named on the page, which may be treated as a sale or sharing of personal information under some state laws; those pages carry the required notice and opt-out, and you may also make a request to us directly. To exercise any privacy right — to know, delete, correct, or opt out — or to ask that email correspondence with us be deleted, write to contact@seniorssavinghub.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
11. Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to a site of this kind, including encrypted (HTTPS) delivery. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain server logs and email correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Contact
Privacy questions may be sent to contact@seniorssavinghub.com.
